>> STRONG Not rebel, since it is disobedient of Divine Right of Kings.

For it says in Romans:

Romans 13:1-2 "Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ORDAINED of God. Whoever therefore resists the power, resists the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation."

< STRONG Paul is simply talking about obeying CIVIL laws and not IMMORAL laws.

Rom 13:3 For rulers are not a TERROR to GOOD conduct, but to bad. Would you have no fear of the one who is in authority? Then do what is GOOD, and you will receive his approval,

Rom 13:4 for he is God's servant for your good.
(emphasis added)
For Paul didn't say "For rulers are not a terror to evil conduct, but to good .... Then do what is EVIL, and you will receive his approval..." He didn't say that! Paul would never urge to do what is evil, so you can't use this passage to force Christians to obey immoral laws.

< STRONG Maybe rebel, since Christians should Obey God not man. (Biblical)

This is whenever man makes immoral laws that infringe God’s moral laws.

For example, consider this:

Act 5:29  But Peter and the apostles answered, "We must obey God rather than men.

And consider what Jesus said:

Mat 22:18  Jesus, however, was aware of their evil plan, and so he said, "You hypocrites! Why are you trying to trap me?

Mat 22:19  Show me the coin for paying the tax!" They brought him the coin,

Mat 22:20  and he asked them, "Whose face and name are these?"

Mat 22:21  "The Emperor's," they answered. So Jesus said to them, "Well, then, pay to the Emperor what belongs to the Emperor, and pay to God what belongs to God."

Here, it can be implied that whenever Caesar’s laws conflict with God’s laws, you can’t give to Caesar what belongs to God.

< Ignore the laws and get punished.

That’s what the early Christians did.
