< STRONG All are sinners.
- Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."
- Romans 3:10 "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one."
- Psalm 14:3 "There is none that doeth good, no, not one."
The Bible clearly teaches that all people have sinned -- except Jesus (1 Peter 2:22). Romans 3:23 clearly condemns all under sin.

>> WEAK But Noah and others were sinless.
Genesis 7:1 "And the Lord said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation."
Luke 1:6 "And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless."
< STRONG Righteousness isn't the same as being sinless.
We were made righteous by Jesus' work on the cross (Rom 4:24, 6:18), yet we will slip up and sin. Being righteous doesn't mean being completley free of sin. So when the Bible mentions people like Noah, Job, Zacharias and others, it's saying how they were godly people who kept God's commands (though not perfectly). If we could attain righteousness through the Law, then Christ died needlessly (Gal. 2:21).

>> WEAK There are a few that are pure like Job.
Job 1:1 "There was a man . . . who name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright."
< STRONG But Job had to make sacrifices to atone for sins.
Job 1:5 shows that he wasn't without sin, though he was upright.
< STRONG Job wasn't without any sin.
